Returns and Exchanges-

At Swag Designer Jewelry, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality accessories. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs.That's why we have a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy in place.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lovemyswag.com. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. We will respond to your request within 2 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We will notify you within 3 business days once we have received your package and process your request. Please allow refunds and credits 24-48 hours to post to your credit card or pay pal account. Please alert us of any delay.

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition with all tags attached. Items marked FINAL SALE, SPECIAL, or CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Shipping charges are deducted for returns. Credit issued will NOT include original shipping charges.

Please note that gift cards and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
