About the Designer: Coralia Leets Jewelry

Coralia Leets started her venture into the world of jewelry design a little over a decade ago and opened her first namesake boutique in 2001 in Winter Park, Florida. It was there that she first began to gather a loyal following.  The Florida folk became instantly drawn to the vibrant and colorful designs in the Coralia Leets jewelry line. Originally, each piece of jewelry was individually handmade my local artisans; however, with business booming, Coralia was soon forced to seek out other manufacturing options that could turn out quality craftsmanship at a higher capacity and a reasonable price.  Coralia Leets ended up settling on Turkey as the ideal manufacturing environment for her growing jewelry brand.

Coralia Leets puts out two to three jewelry collections a year, each of which is comprised of roughly 675 pieces of jewelry. The collections are made using hand selected stones, primarily from Brazil. In the event that a particular stone is not available in a certain color, Coralia Leets has sourced experts to dye quartz to a desired shade.  The stones are then set in a sterling silver base that has been dipped in a 22k gold fill overlay.  This unique technique helps keep the designs of Coralia Leets earrings and necklaces at her target price point, therefore allowing her to reach a broader customer base.  A smart move considering the Coralia Leets brand has expanded from Winter Park, FL to Europe, Asia and even Latin America.
